Does C-DOT really think that Motorcycle Oper. Safety training classes are going to make the biggest difference? I don't know if you have driven our roads lately, but it's not really safe to even drive your car any more. For some reason motorists have completely forgotten how to operate their vehicles. In the short 15 minutes that I spend driving to and from work I see people completely ignoring stop signs--not even slowing down, people pull out in front of me so close that I have to slam on my brakes to keep from hitting them and then put up with them flipping me off as if it was my fault they pulled out in front of me, people either driving 10 to 15 miles/hour under or over the speed limit because they are late-texting-talking on their phone-or just plain not paying attention, passing on the shoulder, you name it! And all of that in ONE round trip to and from work. How many of those motorcycle deaths are because of careless motorists and how many because of motorcycle error?
