Car Cuts Power to Cottage Meadows
Fire crews say a driver drove into and disconnected a ground wire at F road and Cottage Meadows early this morning.
The driver went up over a curb and across a sidewalk before hitting the wire.
It snapped and sprung up over a power line, disconnecting power to about a dozen homes.
Xcel energy says those homes should have by 6 am.
