U.S. Customs and Border Protection says it arrested a Grand Junction, Colo. man charged with assaulting a child and soliciting child prostitution
A 76 year old man wanted for sexual assault charges from 1996 in Grand Junction was arrested in Washington today.
US Customs and Border Protection says Edward Earl Glaze was arrested in Oroville, Washington as he was trying to enter the country from Canada. CPB Officers say they ran Glaze’s name and found the 12 year old arrest warrant.
Glaze was arrested in Grand Junction for sexual assault on a child and soliciting child prostituition. He plead not guilty to the charges and never showed up to court again. It’s not known where he has been since then.
Glaze is being held at the Okangon County jail on a $35 thousand bond. He will be back in court in June.
