The Mesa County Teen Leadership Commission is releasing their third annual youth activity guide for pre–teens and teens.

The publication gives examples of activities kids can stay active with healthy activities year–round using music, sports and volunteer opportunities.

The publication is being passed out along with schools newspapers in middle schools and high schools. But you can also pick it up at Mesa mall guest services and the old county courthouse are some examples.
