They learned all about the conflicts in Africa and today about 20 West Middle School students are showing off all of their hard work in raising money for the people there.

The seventh graders held a coin war, a talent show and a bake sale and they raised 15-hundred dollars for a group called Africa aid.

The organization provides clean water, school supplies and toiletries.

And in case you were wondering Mrs. Flick's seventh grade class won the coin war.
