The Mesa County District Attorney's Office formally charged a Grand junction man accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.
40–year–old Kip Lintner is facing two felony charges of sexual assault on a child.
Grand Junction Police arrested Lintner after a two year investigation.
An arrest affidavit describes a lengthy and graphic relationship between Lintner and a 9-year-old girl.
He'll be back in court later this week.
