Arson Charges Dropped

The District Attorney's office has dropped charges against a homeless man arrested in a string of fires.

Prosecutors dropped four arson charges against 49-year-old Phillip James Marshall, District Attorney Pete Hautzinger says he decided to dismiss the charges because Marshall has a solid alibi during the time of the fires
Marshall was arrested June 2nd and has since been released form the Mesa County Jail, authorities are resuming the investigation into 14 arsons.
