A 21 year old man accused of killing a Whitewater woman in a hit and run crash has pleaded guilty.
Trae Frigetto pleaded guilty Wednesday afternoon as part of a plea deal to DUI resulting in vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident and second degree assault.
Officials say Frigetto was driving drunk on February first when he rear-ended Michelle Lefever's truck at the intersection of 12 Street and Walnut Avenue.
Lefever died in the crash.
Frigetto will be sentenced in late July. He's being held at the Mesa County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
