A Ridgeway man accused of murdering another man and then burning his body has been formally charged.
Montrose deputies arrested 27-year-old Jeremy Alan Hodges last month for the murder of 50-year-old Steven Kublin. Deputies found the Michigan native's body in November.
The Montrose County District Attorney filed a charge of first-degree murder yesterday. If convicted, Hodges could face life in prison.
He'll be back in court next month.
