Mesa County is celebrating its 125th anniversary.

The County hosted an ice cream social Saturday morning on the lawn of the Old Courthouse.

Hundreds came out for the free Enstrom's ice cream and cake.

The event also included a jump house, hay rides, potato sac races, and other family fun.

County officials also packed and sealed up a time capsule, which will be opened again in 100 years.
