Traffic was backed up this afternoon on Interstate 70 when officials had to close both eastbound lanes because of a truck on fire.
Heavy smoke and flames filled the highway near the Loma port of entry.
By 3:45 the truck was fully engulfed in flames and the tires were even exploding.
A small brush fire also started but it was quickly put out.
Nobody was injured in the fire..
