Get tested! It's National HIVTesting Day

Public offices across the country will be making testing availiable to citizens who want to be screened for the virus that causes aids. The US Department of Health and Human Services says a quarter million Americans have HIV and don't even know it.

You can get tested at the Western Colorado Aids Project located at 805 Main Street in Grand Junction; their number is 970-243-2437. You can also go to the Mesa County Health Department located at 510 - 29 1/2 Road in Grand Junction; their number is 970-248-6900.
