Are you tough enough to train to become a U.S. Navy Seal?
A group of boys and men found out this morning.
The group took a fitness test that all potential Seals have to pass in order to get into the lowest level of pre-Seal training.
The test consists of a timed 500 meter swim (in twelve minutes and thirty-seconds or under), at least six pull-ups (not timed), fourty-two push-ups (in two minutes or less), fifty sit-ups (in two minutes or less), and a one and a half mile run (in eleven minutes or less).
Three people were able to pass the test this morning.
