Former Teacher Assistant Pleads Guilty to Sending Naked Pics to Student
A former teacher's assistant at Orchard Mesa Middle School who sent naked pictures to a student pleaded guilty today.
Nefi Madrigal is charged with sexual assault on a child and internet sexual exploitation of a child.. When asked by the judge why he pleaded guilty the 21-year-old responded "I don't see another way out".
Officials say madrigal sent multiple nude photos of himself to a 14-year-old student's cell phone.
Madrigal will undergo a psychosexual evaluation before he is sentenced in August.
Madrigal who is not a U.S. citizen could be deported after sentencing.
