This Fourth of July two local companies are teaming up to give free rides to the firework show at Stocker Stadium.

Grand Valley Transit and first transit will be offering free rides for those that want to avoid traffic, parking problems, and save gas.
They will be picking up people from Mesa County Fairgrounds, Grand Junction High School, Central High School, the bus stop at Mesa Mall, and on Main Street in between 4th and 5th.

The rides will start at seven and the buses will take you back to your cars after the firework show finishes.
