The newest model of the iPhone comes out today, and it’s supposed to be twice as fast and half the price of the original iPhone.

It’s called the iPhone 3g and it features a faster wireless internet technology, maps with gps, and software applications like Microsoft exchange for businesses. There is an 8gb model in black for $199 and a 16gb model that you can get in either white or black for $299.

The iPhone 3g will go on sale this morning starting at 8:00 a.m. local time. The At&t Store in Grand Junction located at 2454 Hwy. 6 & 50 will open early and stay open late, they will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
