A Grand Junction man accused of attempted murder is back behind bars after a judge quadruples his bond.

19-year-old Eric Flukey, who was out on a $50,000 bond, was taken back into custody after his bond was increased to $200,000 during a court hearing Thursday.

Flukey was arrested in May after authorities say he stalked his ex-girlfriend, broke into her car as well as her new boyfriend's home, and harrassed them.

Authorities say when they interviewed him about the incident, he admitted that he had a gun with him and was planning on shooting his ex-girlfriend. The District Attorney's office says that interview prompted them to add attempted murder charges.

He will be required to wear a GPS tracking device should he bond out again.
