Man Sits in Cart for Muscular Dystrophy
One local man has been sitting in a shopping cart, raising money for muscular dystrophy
45 year-old Mark Irvin got in the shopping cart at seven this morning at the 29 and F road Safeway. 10-thousand dollars is his highest goal yet.. Last time it took 4 days to raise 6 thousand dollars.
His inspiration is a seven year old girl who's been living with muscular dystrophy for 4 years.
Irvin is even offering incentives to the donors. The highest donor gets to shave his head.
