Appreciation BBQ Tonight
The Mayor and city council of Grand Junction want to cook dinner for you tonight.
The appreciation barbecue will take place at the Lincoln Park loop from five to eight pm.
Dinner will be free.
There will be a police dog demonstration, fire engines, ambulances and police cars on display as well as discounted admission to the Lincoln Park-Moyer pool.
City officials say they hope to talk with residents about their plans for Grand Junction's future.
