If you're waiting for those big, juicy, luscious Palisade peaches, you're going to have to wait some more.
Bruce Talbott with Talbott Farms says the peach season is running ten to twelve days late, because of the cool spring.
Talbott says the delay won't affect flavor, and will actually help the peaches grow larger than in season's past.
Talbott says the peach season will also run a little later into September.
Talbott says he'll start picking at his peaches near the last couple days in July to the first couple of days in August.
