Grand Valley Transit Ridership Up

Officials with Grand Valley Transit say bus ridership from april to june is up twelve to sixteen percent.

Todd Hollenbeck with Grand Valley Transit says it's blaming the increase on the rise in gas prices.

Residents in the Grand Valley say they're not only opting to take the bus, but walking, biking, and taking the train in order to avoid the rising costs.
