WHITEWATER, Colo. (KKCO) -- Stormy weather could make it harder for crews to fix a power outage that is affecting about 268 customers.
Grand Valley Power Public Relations Manager Bill Byers says crews in the Whitewater area are replacing a failed pole.
However, rainy conditions and tough terrain make it difficult for workers to fix the issue, so power may not be restored until late afternoon or early evening, Byers says.
The area affected includes Kannah Creek, Land's End, Reader Mesa and Blair roads.
