A former Orchard Mesa Middle School employee will likely be deported for sending nude pictures of himself to a students cell phone.

Nefi Madrigal pleaded guilty in July to promotion of obscenity to a minor, claiming that "he didn't see another way out". As part of Madrigal's sentence he has to register as a sex offender, go through a treatment program and do community service.

Madrigal will not spend any more time in jail for this incident, but is still being held on an ICE hold and may eventually be deported because of his conviction.
