Patterson Road is back open after a three car accident sent an 83-year-old woman to the hospital with serious injuries.

The accident happened after noon on friday, on Patterson and 28 1/4 road. A pick-up truck struck a car driven by the 83 year old woman and both cars entered the east bound lane, stiking another cark.

As of 1pm, the eastbound lane was shut off and the westbound was rerouted. No information yet on what caused the crash or the conditions of the driver.
