Discover Ability Takes to Bryan Lake

A group of Coloradans is proving that a handicap is anything but a hindrance.

Dozens of disabled athletes came out for a day of water sports on Bryan Lake, proving that a handicap doesn't have to hold you back from having a good time

Many of the athletes say a disability is just about finding a different way to do the same things.

    it is also important to know that handicapped is an outdated term as it comes from the old "cap in hand" begging. disabled is far less offensive. fyi.
