Two people were injured when a tree branch fell on them during the Colorado Mountain Wine Festival in Palisade
Witnesses say it was cold, windy and raining at the time of the accident.
The accident happened at Riverbend Park in Palisade.
Palisade Fire Chief Richard Rupp says two people were injured. One person was taken by ambulance and the other by car to the hospital. Chief Rupp says one person has a head laceration and the other a lower back injury.
The branch also sent jewelry flying through air. The branch landed on a vendor's display.
