Blagg Won't Recieve New Trial

Michael Blagg has lost his latest bid to win a new trial.

The Colorado Supreme Court refused this week to review a decision from the Court of Appeals. That court upheld Blagg's first degree murder conviction.

Jennifer Blagg's body was found in the mesa county landfill in 2002.

She and her daughter were reported missing in November of 2001.

    If growers are worried about the peaches being wasted, how about this, sell them at a cheaper price! Getting a little is better than getting nothing for them. At this time of year, we all love a bargin!
