The Riverside Educational Center in Grand Junction announced that it has received a $10,000 Daniels Fund Grant to support its tutoring and enrichment services.

The Daniels Fund was established in 1997 by Bill Daniels, a pioneer in cable television known for his kindness and generosity to those in need.

The grant will enable the program to help kids facing academic and financial challenges succeed in school. The tutoring is done completely by volunteers. To get involved call 970-254-6087 or visit the website linked below this story.
