A woman pleads guilty to having sex with a 14-year old boy while his mother was in the hospital being treated for cancer.

31-year-old Theresa Millon pleaded guilty this morning to sexual assault on a child, a class-four felony. According to an arrest affidavit, the boy and his mother were staying at Millon's home while his mother was in and out of the hospital for cancer treatments.

Court documents state Millon admitted to having sex with the young teen three or four times.

She is set to be sentenced in December.
