The woman who was killed Thursday night in a car accident along Highway 141 has been identified.
According to the Mesa County Coroner, the victim was 41-year-old Patricia Tomlinson of Nucla.
The report says Tomlinson was headed south on Highway 141 when she lost control of her van and spun into a truck headed the other way.
The Coroner says Tomlinson died on impact and did not have alcohol in her system. No one else was injured in the crash.
Thursday night's crash was the third fatal accident on Highway 141 in October.
