Stop Smoking with "You Can Quit" Classes
If you've always wanted to quit smoking but haven't been able to kick the habit, now there's help in Mesa County.
The Mesa County Tobacco Education Council and St. Mary's are teaming up to teach.
The groups are offering "You Can Quit" classes.
It's a four week program that starts Tuesday October 28th and goes through November 18th.
The class is from 6:30pm-7:30pm on Tuesday's and costs $25.
With the class you get a free three month membership to Crossroads Fitness, free yoga classes and 10 free workouts at St. Mary's Life Center.
