Just a day away from Halloween, and it's time for parents to get their game plans ready. After some heavy research, we may have found the best neighborhood for trick or treating on the Western Slope.

Besises the two most important items of the holliday, costumes and candy, it is hard to determine which Grand Junction neighborhood is king. Several local Halloween fanatics were consulted about their favorite trick or treating 'hood, and many had the same two word answer: Paradise Hills. The neighborhood is tight knit with nice homes, good lighting and great people.

If parents are more comfortable with a Halloween indoors, then the Mesa Mall is a good place to go. There will be all sort of fun, games and candy handed out by all of the stores.
