The man who went on a shooting spree in October, killing two people, was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The Mesa County Coroner says Stefan Martin-Urban's toxicology tests came back negative.

Urban shot and killed Dr. Terry Fine and Flo Gallagher on October 11 in front of the Fine's North Grand Junction home. When police caught up with Urban, he was in his vehicle with a self-inflicted gun shot wound to the head.
