The city of Grand Junction wants to hear from you as it considers what to do next with the Public Safety Initiative shot down from voters.
Over the next 3 weeks, city officials will be reaching out to community members for their feedback on ballot questions 2A and 2B.
The goal is to present that feedback to City Council in about a month.
City Manager Laurie Kadrich says, "The question that needs to be answered is, did the community say to us no not never, no not now or no not in this way? And that's the information we're trying to get back to the elected officials"
The city will be out in the community asking those questions and an online survey has also been set up for you to share your opinion. Head to www.GJCity.org to send them your feedback.
