Quarter Million Dollar Bond Set for Massage Parlor Owner

The owner of Fuji Oriental Therapy Massage faced a judge for the first time since she was arrested Thursday. Nan O'Reilly appeared before a Mesa County judge this afternoon.

Through a Korean interpreter over the phone, a judge read O'Reilly her rights and told her she's facing several charges for pimping and prostitution. She also faces racketeering and tax evasion.

O'Reilly says she plans to hire her own attorney. During the court proceeding she asked if she could use the Fuji building as collateral for her $250,000 bond. The judge denied her request. She remains behind bars this afternoon.

She'll face a judge again in early December where prosecutors plan to file formal charges.
