How to File for Unemployment
If you are unemployed and have never filed for unemployment, the Mesa County Workforce Center says it can be a challenge the first time around.
The only physical office in the state is in Denver but you can file over the phone or online.
Just head to www.coworkforce.com or click on the link below and sign up.
It can take four to six weeks to process your request and the bad news is the office in Denver is swamped.
No word on plans to build an office here in Grand Junction.
