A new local magazine is proving to be quite the success not only here in the Grand Valley but also across the country and the world.

The homegrown GV magazine is printed on recycled paper and it’s the top selling regional magazine at the local Barnes and Noble with 15 percent of subscriptions coming from out of state. Of those subscriptions many are out of New York, California, Arizona and Texas, as well as some international subscribers in Hong Kong and the Netherlands.

The magazine's premiere issue was in October and the founder says this just goes to show all the Grand Valley has to offer. The magazine has a single issue price of $4.95 or offers a yearly subscription for $48.
