The crash happened around 4:00 Monday evening.

Police say a person driving a red Jeep suffered some sort of medical condition and lost control when he was turning into the intersection.
It caused a chain reaction involving four other cars, one of which went airborne.

Police say one person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
No one else was hurt.

Police are still investigating the crash.
