One local company is donating more than $50,000 worth of outdoor gear to the homeless.

Wiggy's, an outdoor gear manufacturer is giving the local homeless shelter sleeping bags and heavy–duty jackets for the homeless to use this winter. He says he's been donating items for the past few years and he hopes the homeless can use them to create a better financial situation for themselves by going to job interviews with clothes that aren’t tattered.

The Lion's Club also helped Wiggy's by picking up the donation for the homeless shelter.
