The woman who police say was running a place of prostitution out of her Horizon Drive business won’t get a reduction in bond.
Nan O’Riley, the owner of Fuji Massage appeared before a judge this morning through a translator. Her attorneys asked that her bond be reduced to $25,000 if she agreed to wear a GPS tracking device and surrender her passport.
The judge did not grant the request and kept her bond at $250 thousand dollars.
O’riley will be back in court next month for a bond return hearing. At that time, a date for a preliminary hearing should be set..
