Life coach Sheri Fisher says keeping those new goals can be easy if you take the proper steps. Fisher gives tips to several people on how to meet those new year's resolutions.

    Wow, Sheri, great TV presence! Way to make use of your considerable gifts and talents. Spreading the accomplishment of a goal out can be difficult when one is aligned with 'instant' results. When successful, you not only achieve the goal, but you've learned the skill of patience.
