Officials Still Waiting To Hear From 5 about Alleged Rape

Investigators say the rape of a young woman was all caught on a cell phone but we're now learning that investigators were not able to get a hold of five people they think know something about the alleged rape.

18-year-old Brandon Locke is being held at the Mesa County Jail without bond. Officials say a young woman came forward saying she didn't know she had been raped until two friends showed her a 26 second cell phone video of the act.

Court documents state that the victim and Locke know each other from school and that the incident happened at a party at Locke's house back in July.

Officials believe that 19 people know about the alleged rape but they were unable to question five of those people about it.

Locke was transferred to the Mesa County Jail yesterday. Police still don't know who took the video
