After a lengthy chase on Thursday Delta police arrest a man wanted on two warrants.
Robert Bell was arrested after a state trooper tried to pull his vehicle over on Highway 50 for speeding, bell refused to stop. After multiple unsuccessful attempts by authorities to stop the truck Bell was driving using stop sticks, he eventually slid into a ditch, got stuck and was arrested.
Bell is facing charges of eluding, DUI, reckless driving, speeding and displaying fictitious plates.
