Census Bureau Creates 8,000 Jobs in Colorado

The US Census Bureau has begun opening offices in Colorado creating thousands of new jobs. Hiring for 2010 has already begun; temporary, part time positions offer great pay and flexible hours but there may be one thing standing in your way.

To qualify for a job you need a valid drivers license and your own transportation, but you will also need to take a test that measures skills, abilities and knowledge required for a census job. The test consists of 28 questions and you have 30 minutes total. There are five different areas of competency needed to fill various positions with the census bureau; clerical skills, reading, number skills, evaluating alternatives, and organizational skills.

If you want to see if you can pass the census test follow the link below.
