Three people are behind bars tonight after a Mesa County Sheriff's deputy tried to stop a car and the car sped off.
This all happened at around five o’clock Thursday evening. The sheriff's deputy decided not to follow the vehicle but found it shortly afterwards at 488 Coronado Court. The driver was found just a couple of blocks away and was arrested on a warrant and for eluding. Two females that were found with him were also arrested; Yolanda Gallegos and Diane Gallegos for various drug and weapons charges.
