The Grand Junction Police Department is investigating an armed robbery that took place Monday morning at a home in the 700 block of 27 Rd.

Between 6:30 and 7:30 am, two men forced their way inside the home and were able to get away with undisclosed items. The one woman who was home at the time was checked out by paramedics, but was not transported to the hospital.

The suspect descriptions are:
- White man, late 30s to early 40s, 5’10” - 5'11" tall, 150 pounds, blonde hair with a mustache / goatee, last seen wearing a light colored jacket, a black knit cap and hiking boots.

- Hispanic man, mid 30's, 5'6" - 5'7" tall, 170 pounds, no facial hair, last seen wearing a black zipper hoodie with white lettering, a black knit cap and hiking boots.

Officials are asking anyone who was in the area of 27 Rd and Crossroads Blvd. between 6:30 and 7:30 this morning to call 242-6707 if they saw or heard anything suspicious. That includes information about any vehicles or people in the area that are not typically there
