Mesa County hopes there is some extra money floating around from president Obama's stimulus plan. If so, they have some ideas on how to spend it.
The county teamed up with the city of Grand Junction to make a list of projects that are ready to go if any money is available from completing the public safety initiative to making improvements on I-70 B.
If the county gets the green light for the money, the total amount needed would be just under two hundred million dollars.
