As part of a nationwide class action settlement against several different cosmetics brands, stores are handing out $175 million dollars worth of free cosmetic products. We would like to point out the lawsuit is against the cosmetic brands not the stores that sell them.
Herberger's at Mesa Mall started handing out the cosmetics earlier this week and will continue until next Tuesday or until supplies run out.
