The Colorado State Patrol says it will not recommend any more charges in its investigation of a seven car pile up.

The crash happened last week on I–70 near Palisade.

Troopers say 50–year–old Enrique Simental lost control of his truck and spun out.

His passenger, 43–year–old Efrain Holguin–Cervantes, then got out of the truck and was hit and killed by a car.

State Patrol says cars driving through did not see the accident in time and there were two more crashes in the same area.

The driver of the truck was cited for careless driving and investigators say he is the only driver who will face charges. They're still trying to figure out how he lost control of his truck.
