Tough financial times are hitting farmers hard and Tuesday some local women in agriculture got some tips with a free financial management seminar.
The one day conference is meant to help the women determine their operation's financial health, measure and set risk management goals and identify risks affecting their business. One CSU professor and guest speaker says that women are very important to the agricultural industry, but some need a little help in certain areas and Tuesdays goal was education.
